Plant Mechanic

Current Order 43 Medical (less than 12 months old) – or willing to obtain one
Valid Driver’s Licence*
Certificate of Proficiency (Mobile Plant Trade or Equivalent)*
Glencore Generic Induction – (valid for 3 years with the completion of annual refresher required).
Working at Heights (valid for 3 years)
MDG25 (valid for 3 Years)
Extra Low Voltage – selected sites (valid for 2 years)
High Risk Licence – LF, WP, DG, C6 (not mandatory but desirable at selected sites)

Electrician

Current Order 43 Medical (less than 12 months old) – or willing to obtain one
Valid Driver’s Licence*
Glencore Generic Induction – (valid for 3 years with completion of annual refresher required).
Working at Heights (valid for 3 years)
Certificate of Proficiency (Electrotechnology or Auto Electrical)*
Electrical Contractors Licence*
Low Voltage Electrical Training/Orange Card*
LVR /CPR

High Voltage Electrician

In addition to the above a High Voltage Switching Ticket is also required.*

Trade Assistant

Current Order 43 Medical (less than 12 months old) – or willing to obtain one
Valid Driver’s Licence*
Glencore Generic Induction – (valid for 3 years with completion of annual refresher required).
Working at Heights (valid for 3 years)
MDG25 (valid for 3 Years)
First Aid Certificate – selected sites (valid for 3 years)
High Risk Licence – LF, WP, DG, C6 (not mandatory but highly desirable at most sites)
Confined Space (not mandatory but desirable at selected sites)

* Denotes minimum requirement to progress in this position. The additional mandatory requirements are extremely desirable however, if you do not hold these, we will arrange the training required.
